GigaReps is a competitive fitness app that uses your device's camera and on-device AI to detect, count, and verify exercise repetitions in real time — no footage is ever stored or transmitted. Users create accounts, perform physical exercises including squats and push-ups, and compete on weekly leaderboards within a 16-rank ladder system.

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Czech Republic. GigaReps and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice.
Any dispute arising from the relationships between the parties to these Legal Terms shall be determined by one arbitrator who will be chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, which shall take place in Prague, Czech Republic in the English language.
The parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice.
